Step 1: Get in Touch

Email or call Zack and tell him what you want made, it’s that simple! All the major details get decided in this step (like rough dimensions, colors or types of wood you like etc). Zack will ask you a bunch of questions to help guide the journey of building something awesome. Do you have a question? Now’s the best time to ask. You want a light colored wood that is super durable? Okay, Hard Maple is a great option. Something like that.

Step 2: Pricing and Minor Details

During this phase, estimated pricing will be outlined and lead times will be established.

Step 3: Design and Finalize!

Zack will sketch your piece to scale and send it to you to sign off on. Then a 50% deposit will be made & the building begins! Depending on how hands on or off you want to be - Zack also will send you photos and videos of the piece being built.

Step 4: The Fun Part

Now the fun part, delivery! Depending on where you’re located, Zack will hand deliver the piece to you or ship it to you, whichever has been decided. For the vast majority of items delivered - they take less than 10 minutes to assemble & then Zack will give you a brief rundown of anything you should know about the piece of furniture. (Care, best way to move the item, etc)
